Do I need a License for each PC that I scan? No. RSI is licensed per User (Administrator). You do not need licenses for the computers being scanned. So if one person uses RSI, then 1 license is required. If five people use RSI, then 5 licenses are required. Why can’t I scan a PC after Windows XP Service Pack 2 was installed? There is a good chance that the Windows XP SP2 Firewall is enabled. RSI will function properly by adding the “File and Print Sharing” Exception to the firewall. Why can’t I scan any Windows XP PC’s?
