No Homeless People Were Harmed in the Making of this Video
As some of you will know, I'm the Web Technology Director for IPC Media in London - one of the UK's largest publishers of consumer magazines and web sites. IPC is best known for its many iconic brands, and IPC Digital - the division that I head up - is a fun and exciting place to work, and is 100% committed to agile development methods.
Some of our brands include NME, Nuts, TrustedReviews, Mousebreaker, GoodToKnow, MarieClaire, InStyle, Look, NowMagazine, Woman&Home, HouseToHome, IdealHome, LivingEtc, WhatsOnTV, Wallpaper, Horse&Hound, CountryLife, Decanter, CyclingWeekly, WhatDigitalCamera, and many more!
Recently some of my team members made a short video as an informal introduction to IPC. As you will see, it's definitely NOT an official corporate video, it's just something we did for fun, so please view it in that light!
IPC is the UK publishing arm of Time Warner, which is one of the largest media corporations in the world, with superb brands like Harry Potter, Time Magazine, People Magazine, CNN, Cartoon Network, HBO TV programmes and Warner Bros!
As you can see, we are fortunate to work in an amazing new building in Central London. We have great facilities, including a staff restaurant and roof garden on the 10th floor overlooking the river, St Pauls Cathedral and the City of London.
We're always looking for talented web technology people to join our team of about 70 people - so if you're a php developer, front-end web developer, QA/test analyst or product manager, please email me with your CV at .
Kelly.
